Born 25/03/64, qualified as a football referee in 1980 as really not a great player (not bad in goal though) and continues to referee whenever possible although limited availability now.
Passed FA coaching course 5 years ago and helped manage Wednesbury Sports Union the year below His current charges, employed by Chairman Ranjit Dale and coached Punjab for a few months in 2006/07 as his son's commitments allowed then took over managing his current squad in 2008/09 and became Club Secretasry in 2009/10 Andy says its just as well he is single as Punjab United keeps him busy!!!
Supports West Bromwich Albion (!!) and Liverpool but is really a speedway fanatic and attends meetings every week, March to October. Father of Josh, who plays for under 15's when not playing for His under 14 side (Netherton Colts),Josh is also at Walsall FC, also Josh's twin sister (obviously) Sophie, also has 4 step-daughters (Dawn, Megan, Catherine & Stacey), 2 grandsons (Owen & Lenny) and 2 granddaughters (Scarlett & Molly) with 2 more grandchildren due shortly, and a daughter (Emma) from his first marriage.
